What is included
Below is the work, without an “everything included” bundle.
- The work includes custom software for companies in Zaysan: a load of starting data if you have it
- Separately, software for the task in Zaysan includes handover and a short walkthrough
- The boundary of the first version in writing. Refusals are written down the same way as the scope.
- Screens for the flow, not for a demo. A second round of edits belongs only to the named stage.
How we proceed
- 1We write the scope: what the system does and what it does not. A timeline can be named once the task is clear: Custom software in Zaysan.
- 2We build the first version. While checking inputs we note how often you see a checkpoint. If inputs are thin, we narrow the step instead of inventing volume.
- 3We roll it out on your data. The checkpoint file stays with you. At the edge of the first version we decide which materials we need from you.
- 4At handover: a rollout with a clear boundary. After that, software for the client’s automation in Zaysan can stay with us or move to your team.
