Internal panels

A panel for staff: a queue, filters, actions. Not a report for its own sake and not a dashboard without operations.

Guide from 500 000 ₸

Not an offer. The quote comes after the brief.

We work across Kazakhstan remotely. We do not promise a visit or an office in the city: a call and online delivery are enough.

An internal panel is a screen for the work. A pretty dashboard without operations is not handed over as the panel.

We do not name a stack until it is in the brief.

Who it is for

  • operations teams
  • dispatchers
  • editors and moderation
  • teams with a task queue
Internal panels

What is included

  • columns people work with, not every field in a row
  • a filter by status and owner
  • an action without an extra page
  • an export of one list if it was asked for

How we proceed

  1. 1We look at how the queue is run today.
  2. 2We build the columns and the filters.
  3. 3We add the actions that repeat.
  4. 4We check it on a real shift, not on demo data.

Questions

Is this BI?

No. A panel for the work, not a gallery of charts. We do not draw a chart that has no action.

How many screens?

The ones a shift cannot run without. The rest is not hidden in the first version.

Access rights?

Yes, if the roles differ. We do not leave one login for everyone.

The stack?

After the brief.
