Guide from 160 000 ₸
Not an offer. The quote comes after the brief.
Who it is for
The client mix in the Abai Region is narrow: class groups and teams with a limited number of slots, sometimes services with a schedule. For them, booking through a bot in Shar is the right fit. A booking bot does not promise a calendar integration if there is no access to the calendar. For companies in Shar, a call and a file are enough. A visit is not promised.
What is included
The first version holds only what the task cannot move without.
- The work includes a booking bot for companies in Shar: a confirmation message
- Separately, a booking bot in Shar includes a cancellation rule
- A list of services that can be booked. A pause on your side moves the date, and we say so at once.
- Slots that are actually free. We do not inflate an extra loop around this step.
How we proceed
- 1We look at how booking works today. A timeline can be named once the task is clear: Booking bot in Shar.
- 2We build the choice of service and slot. Once the first step is chosen, the handover result is already named. We do not inflate an extra loop around this step.
- 3We add the confirmation. Parallel wishes are not mixed in quietly. After a short call we lock what sits in the first stage.
- 4At handover: a booking on a free slot. After that, booking through a bot in Shar can stay with us or move to your team.
Questions
How long does it take to order a booking bot in Shar?
We name the timing after the brief. It is usually weeks, not “tomorrow”. A date cannot be promised before the materials and the scope are clear.
Is an office required for a booking bot in Shar?
No. A call, a file and online handover. We do not promise a visit: this task does not require one.
Will you connect a calendar?
If the calendar exists and we can access it. Otherwise the slots live in the bot, and we say so.
Is the figure on the page the price?
It is a guide from 160 000 ₸, not an offer. We fix the quote before we start, once the scope is clear.
