What is included
The first version holds only what the task cannot move without.
- The work includes a booking bot for companies in Taraz: slots that are actually free
- Separately, a booking bot in Taraz includes a confirmation message
- A cancellation rule. Access to the result is handed over at the end of the stage.
- A list of services that can be booked. A pause on your side moves the date, and we say so at once.
How we proceed
- 1We look at how booking works today. A timeline can be named once the task is clear: Booking bot in Taraz.
- 2We build the choice of service and slot. In the task review we separate what a start is pointless without. Refusals are written down the same way as the scope.
- 3We add the confirmation. A second round of edits belongs only to the named stage. At the edge of the first version we decide which materials we need from you.
- 4At handover: a guard against a double booking. After that, booking through a bot in Taraz can stay with us or move to your team.
Questions
How long does it take to order a booking bot in Taraz?
We name the timing after the brief. It is usually weeks, not “tomorrow”. A date cannot be promised before the materials and the scope are clear.
Is an office required for a booking bot in Taraz?
No. A call, a file and online handover. We do not promise a visit: this task does not require one.
Will you connect a calendar?
If the calendar exists and we can access it. Otherwise the slots live in the bot, and we say so.
Is the figure on the page the price?
It is a guide from 160 000 ₸, not an offer. We fix the quote before we start, once the scope is clear.
