Who it is for
The client mix in the Almaty Region is narrow: booking services and teams that have a form and no route, sometimes teams with a stream of enquiries. For them, intake and routing of an enquiry in Alatau is the right fit.
What is included
This is the boundary we price.
- The work includes enquiry automation for companies in Alatau: statuses without spare steps
- Separately, enquiry automation in Alatau includes a duplicate check
- Intake from the form, mail or messenger - the channels you actually have. Contact on this stretch is a messenger and a call.
- A rule for who receives the enquiry. The checkpoint file stays with you.
How we proceed
- 1We draw the path as it is. A timeline can be named once the task is clear: Enquiry automation in Alatau.
- 2We build the intake and the route. Once the first step is chosen, the handover result is already named. The checkpoint file stays with you.
- 3We set the statuses. A pause on your side moves the date, and we say so at once. The input list shows what waits for the next version.
- 4At handover: it is visible where a person is still needed. After that, intake and routing of an enquiry in Alatau can stay with us or move to your team.
