Who it is for
The client mix in the Akmola Region is narrow: booking services and teams that have a form and no route, sometimes teams with a stream of enquiries. For them, intake and routing of an enquiry in Makinsk is the right fit.
What is included
The scope stays short so you can see what you pay for.
- The work includes enquiry automation for companies in Makinsk: statuses without spare steps
- Separately, enquiry automation in Makinsk includes a duplicate check
- Intake from the form, mail or messenger - the channels you actually have. Access to the result is handed over at the end of the stage.
- A rule for who receives the enquiry. A pause on your side moves the date, and we say so at once.
How we proceed
- 1We draw the path as it is. A timeline can be named once the task is clear: Enquiry automation in Makinsk.
- 2We build the intake and the route. At the edge of the first version we decide which materials we need from you. Contact on this stretch is a messenger and a call.
- 3We set the statuses. A second round of edits belongs only to the named stage. In the task review we separate what a start is pointless without.
- 4At handover: it is visible where a person is still needed. After that, intake and routing of an enquiry in Makinsk can stay with us or move to your team.
