How we proceed
- 1We draw the path as it is. A timeline can be named once the task is clear: Enquiry automation in Atbasar.
- 2We build the intake and the route. While checking inputs we note how often you see a checkpoint. We do not inflate an extra loop around this step.
- 3We set the statuses. A pause on your side moves the date, and we say so at once. After a short call we lock what sits in the first stage.
- 4At handover: it is visible where a person is still needed. After that, intake and routing of an enquiry in Atbasar can stay with us or move to your team.
