What is included
The set can be cut at the brief if you do not need the full volume.
- The work includes enquiry automation for companies in Esik: a duplicate check
- Separately, enquiry automation in Esik includes intake from the form, mail or messenger - the channels you actually have
- A rule for who receives the enquiry. The checkpoint file stays with you.

How we proceed
- 1We draw the path as it is. A timeline can be named once the task is clear: Enquiry automation in Esik.
- 2We build the intake and the route. After the timing is fixed we check what this delivery will not promise. The checkpoint file stays with you.
- 3We set the statuses. We do not inflate an extra loop around this step. Once the process map is clear, it is clear who accepts the work.
- 4At handover: an enquiry that is no longer copied by hand. After that, intake and routing of an enquiry in Esik can stay with us or move to your team.
