Not an offer. The quote comes after the brief.
Who it is for
The client mix in the Almaty Region is narrow: booking services and teams that have a form and no route, sometimes teams with a stream of enquiries. For them, intake and routing of an enquiry in Talgar is the right fit.
What is included
Below is the work, without an “everything included” bundle.
- The work includes enquiry automation for companies in Talgar: statuses without spare steps
- Separately, enquiry automation in Talgar includes a duplicate check
- Intake from the form, mail or messenger - the channels you actually have. A second round of edits belongs only to the named stage.
- A rule for who receives the enquiry. Parallel wishes are not mixed in quietly.
How we proceed
- 1We draw the path as it is. A timeline can be named once the task is clear: Enquiry automation in Talgar.
- 2We build the intake and the route. After a short call we lock what sits in the first stage. If inputs are thin, we narrow the step instead of inventing volume.
- 3We set the statuses. If inputs are thin, we narrow the step instead of inventing volume. Once the process map is clear, it is clear who accepts the work.
- 4At handover: an enquiry that is no longer copied by hand. After that, intake and routing of an enquiry in Talgar can stay with us or move to your team.
