Not an offer. The quote comes after the brief.
Who it is for
The client mix in the East Kazakhstan Region is narrow: booking services and teams that have a form and no route, sometimes teams with a stream of enquiries. For them, intake and routing of an enquiry in Zaysan is the right fit.
What is included
The first version holds only what the task cannot move without.
- The work includes enquiry automation for companies in Zaysan: statuses without spare steps
- Separately, enquiry automation in Zaysan includes a duplicate check
- Intake from the form, mail or messenger - the channels you actually have. Refusals are written down the same way as the scope.
- A rule for who receives the enquiry. A second round of edits belongs only to the named stage.
How we proceed
- 1We draw the path as it is. A timeline can be named once the task is clear: Enquiry automation in Zaysan.
- 2We build the intake and the route. While checking inputs we note how often you see a checkpoint. If inputs are thin, we narrow the step instead of inventing volume.
- 3We set the statuses. The checkpoint file stays with you. At the edge of the first version we decide which materials we need from you.
- 4At handover: it is visible where a person is still needed. After that, intake and routing of an enquiry in Zaysan can stay with us or move to your team.
