Not an offer. The quote comes after the brief.
Who it is for
The client mix in the Zhetysu Region is narrow: booking services and teams that have a form and no route, sometimes teams with a stream of enquiries. For them, intake and routing of an enquiry in Usharal is the right fit.
What is included
This is the boundary we price.
- The work includes enquiry automation for companies in Usharal: statuses without spare steps
- Separately, enquiry automation in Usharal includes a duplicate check
- Intake from the form, mail or messenger - the channels you actually have. If inputs are thin, we narrow the step instead of inventing volume.
- A rule for who receives the enquiry. Refusals are written down the same way as the scope.
How we proceed
- 1We draw the path as it is. A timeline can be named once the task is clear: Enquiry automation in Usharal.
- 2We build the intake and the route. Once the first step is chosen, the handover result is already named. Refusals are written down the same way as the scope.
- 3We set the statuses. Contact on this stretch is a messenger and a call. After looking at the current materials, it is clear where the process breaks.
- 4At handover: it is clear who received it. After that, intake and routing of an enquiry in Usharal can stay with us or move to your team.
