What is included
This is the boundary we price.
- The work includes enquiry automation for companies in Esil: a duplicate check
- Separately, enquiry automation in Esil includes intake from the form, mail or messenger - the channels you actually have
- A rule for who receives the enquiry. Refusals are written down the same way as the scope.
- Statuses without spare steps. A second round of edits belongs only to the named stage.
How we proceed
- 1We draw the path as it is. A timeline can be named once the task is clear: Enquiry automation in Esil.
- 2We build the intake and the route. In the task review we separate what a start is pointless without. Contact on this stretch is a messenger and a call.
- 3We set the statuses. The checkpoint file stays with you. In the task review we separate what a start is pointless without.
- 4At handover: it is visible where a person is still needed. After that, intake and routing of an enquiry in Esil can stay with us or move to your team.
