What is included
The set can be cut at the brief if you do not need the full volume.
- The work includes enquiry automation for companies in Zhanatas: statuses without spare steps
- Separately, enquiry automation in Zhanatas includes a duplicate check
- Intake from the form, mail or messenger - the channels you actually have. A pause on your side moves the date, and we say so at once.
- A rule for who receives the enquiry. We do not inflate an extra loop around this step.
How we proceed
- 1We draw the path as it is. A timeline can be named once the task is clear: Enquiry automation in Zhanatas.
- 2We build the intake and the route. The input list shows what waits for the next version. Refusals are written down the same way as the scope.
- 3We set the statuses. Parallel wishes are not mixed in quietly. At the edge of the first version we decide which materials we need from you.
- 4At handover: an enquiry that is no longer copied by hand. After that, intake and routing of an enquiry in Zhanatas can stay with us or move to your team.
